In today’s society we find a great diversity of students in our classrooms and by creating a teaching-learning environment in which the pecularities of each of our students and the development of their affective capacities and their relationships with others are taken into account. By doing this activity in English class, our students have learnt how different and similar their families are with their own customs and cultures. As well as learning how to differentiate and compare each one of them and the members of their families.
With this activity, the 4th grade students have created a wall in PADLET where they have placed different photos of them with their families in which they have described each member physically. Analyzing the photographs to search for information has been of great help in learning new vocabulary since visual aids are of vital importance in increasing its comprehension and retention.
En nuestra sociedad actual nos encontramos con una gran diversidad de alumnos y alumnas en nuestras aulas y una cualidad que nos caracteriza es la de crear un ambiente de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el que se tenga en cuenta las peculiaridades de cada uno de nuestros estudiantes y en desarrollar sus capacidades afectivas y sus relaciones con los demás.
Haciendo esta actividad en la clase de inglés, el alumnado ha aprendido que cada unidad familiar puede ser igual o diferente a otra con sus diferentes culturas y costumbres. Así como también han aprendido a diferenciar y a comparar cada miembro de su unidad familiar físicamente.
Con esta actividad los alumnos de 4º de primaria, han creado un muro virtual en PADLET donde han introducido una foto de sus familias y han realizado una descripción física de cada uno de ellos. Analizando las fotografías para buscar información ha sido de gran ayuda para aprender nuevo vocabulario puesto que la ayuda visual es de vital importancia para incrementar su comprensión y su retención.
