What should you know before enrolling in our Pearson Preparatory Classes?

Groups will be formed according to demand as long as there is a minimum number of students. You can enroll, throughout the year, in preparatory classes as long as there are places available. We also have a waiting list, in case there is a cancellation or if there are enough places to open a new group.

OFFICIAL EXAMS PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH (PTE)

We are the Official Examining Center of the PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH. And the qualifications obtained are official qualifications, which today are required both to access the public administration and in private companies. Pearson certificates certify competence in foreign languages (ENGLISH).

What certificates do I obtain with these exams?

Pearson Test of English Young Learners (PTE YL)
Pearson Test of English (PTE)

Levels: Firstwords, Springboard, Quickmarch, Breakthrough, A1, A2,B1, B2, C1 and C2.

PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH (PTE General) is designed to reward positive achievements in learning English.General PTE certificates do not expire.

Our PEARSON certificates serve to accredit the level of English during transfers

The exam is made up of two parts:

Written Test: The written paper tests, listening, reading comprehension and writing skills, are conducted by examiners around the world. The exam is marked in the United Kingdom.

Oral Test: This test is assessed by trained local examiners and sent to the UK for weighting.

In the Pearson test there are six levels that are linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). All levels of the test are awarded by Edexcel and accredited by Ofqual in the UK.

General PTE integrates all four skills (listening, reading, speaking and writing) and focuses on assessing the ability to communicate in English, rather than the ability to pass an exam.

PTE General is an English test designed to allow students the freedom to express themselves by showing what they can do and how well they can use English. The exam exercises are a continuation of what is given in the classroom.

The test uses real-life content and tasks such as writing messages, understanding conversations and news articles, or participating in a conversation are always a positive experience for the test. Through a variety of tasks, students will be helped to identify their strengths and hone their disadvantages to get the most out of the exam.
